COLD SPRING HARBOR, New York, February 2, 2023 (Lessing’s Hospitality Group) – The elegant Sandbar in historic Cold Spring Harbor, offers a perfect setting for a romantic dinner for two.
This Valentine’s Day, Sandbar is offering a three course Prix Fixe dinner from 5 to 10 pm at $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
The chef has carefully curated a menu of favorite items for the evening, so guests can select from appetizers such as Sandbar’s Tuna Tartare in ginger, scallions, sriracha and sesame oil, Chickpea Fries or Oysters on the Half Shell.
Entrees include Surf and Tur, Duck Duo, Scottish Salmon, and Halibut; and to finish, Chocolate Lava Cake with vanilla ice cream, Milk and Cookie or Apple Pear Tartine in brandy port wine reduction and vanilla ice cream.
